Karyn has served as a consultant to assist school districts across the country with various educational endeavors. These include: designing new teacher induction programs, training teacher mentors, training school administrators regarding teacher evaluation and school culture, developing school and district improvement plans, strategic planning, and determining appropriate professional development programs, based on district need.
Karyn has presented at numerous national conferences and has been a national trainer for the Educational Testing Service (ETS), Pathwise Program. She has also developed and implemented the Executive Mentoring Program for the MGM/Mirage Corporation.

Professional Experience
Karyn Wright is currently the Director of K-12 Teacher Development for the Clark County School District, Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been an educator for 27 years serving as a teacher, curriculum consultant, building level administrator and district level administrator. In her current role, she directs Preservice Development and the New Teacher Induction program for the fifth largest school district in the nation. Karyn also designs, develops, and presents numerous district training sessions and workshops on a variety of topics for both teachers and administrators. She facilitates strategic planning sessions for schools, administrator groups, the superintendent, and school board.
