Description > Classroom Observation
Classroom observation is a professional learning opportunity for both teachers and administrators. Typically associated with supervision and evaluation, it provides essential evidence of classroom practice, and how a teacher’s actions reflect the components of The Framework for Teaching. However, observation skills are also used by mentors and coaches and peer observers as they serve as “another set of eyes” for a teacher requesting feedback. Furthermore, all teachers, in their search for improved techniques and strategies, can observe on another for ideas on how to strengthen an aspect of their own practice
Lifelong learning for both educators and students.
